Terms of Service

This is a working draft, not a finished legal document.
It accurately describes how the platform actually works today, including the refund approach below, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer — treat the refund terms especially as a starting point to confirm, not a final policy.
1. Acceptance
Using this site — with or without an account — means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we offer
Business and government paperwork services, Buy Airtime & Data, Event Services (MC hosting, planning, coordination, promotion, organizing), a vendor booking marketplace, an in-app wallet, Customer Reviews, and a public Upcoming Events feed. Some of these need an account; several allow guest checkout, as noted on each page.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure. We reserve the right to suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are as shown at the time you submit a request or order; promo codes, when valid, apply at checkout. The in-app wallet is deposit-and-spend only — funds can be spent on any service on the platform, but can't be withdrawn back to cash or mobile money.
5. Service fulfilment
Turnaround times shown for paperwork services are estimates, not guarantees — they depend in part on government agencies and processes outside our control. Airtime and data top-ups are fulfilled manually by our team and delivered as promptly as possible. Event bookings are quote-based: we review your details and provide a price before you pay anything.
6. Refunds
If we haven't yet started work on a paid paperwork service or haven't yet delivered an airtime/data top-up, contact us and we'll refund it. Once we've submitted your paperwork to a third party (a government agency, for example) or delivered an airtime/data top-up, fees already incurred at that point may not be refundable. Event booking quotes are only charged once you accept them.
7. Content you post
Event posts and reviews are your words and, for event posts, your contact number — published publicly at your choice. You're responsible for what you post being accurate and lawful. We can remove content that isn't.
8. Vendor booking marketplace
We introduce and match clients with vendors — registered or external — but we're not a party to any agreement you make with a vendor, and we don't handle payment between you and them. Arrange payment and logistics directly with the vendor once a match is confirmed.
9. Prohibited use
Don't use the site to defraud, to post unlawful or infringing content, to abuse the chat assistant (spam, attempts to extract system instructions, or excessive automated use), or to scrape or resell data from the site.
10. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We're not liable for delays caused by third parties (government agencies, telco networks, Paystack, vendors you book independently), or for losses beyond the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
12. Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
